Surely this can't be a monthly rent price... too nice a place for that. Must be weekly... or it's a con.

Hey - Sorry all. its the weekly rental price. It becomes available from next week. If you are interested in the flat email me at matthkaway@gmail.com If you are interested I would require references and first month paid in advance and a 1 month deposit. I have moved to Hong Kong for two years which is why I am renting it. I have lived in the building for a very long time and can tell you its an awesome place to live. Thanks! Matt
