Description: It will be available any time after about Dec. 12th, but you can move in as late as the first week of January. Our lease runs out in June/July so since I will be gone until about then anyway, I could just take my name off the lease and put yours on :) If you decide you want to stay past the end of the lease, that can be arranged too! It is a 3 bedroom, 2 BR house in a cul-de-sac in Azalea Trace. You would share a bathroom with one of my 2 wonderful roommates, so females are preferred! Rent is $325/month, and you would be paying half of the water bill and electric bill, which is usually only about $100 total-- my other roomie pays the cable bill every month, as she has the master bedroom with her own bathroom. The room won't be furnished completely, but I can definitely leave my bed if you'd like :) I don't really want to have to move it anyway haha

about how much is water and electric each month? in other words, approx. how much will it cost me for rent and everything else each month?
