Description: I recently bought a townhouse in Coon Rapids and am just about done rennovating it, just have the kitchen to finish. Going to replace all appliances and add a backsplash. Already have a brand new stove!

The bedroom for rent is 10x13. There is one bathroom and a 2-car attached garage. Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, garage, loft, dining room. There is not a lot of storage space in the house. Your room does have a closet and you would get half of the garage too. There are 3 other small closets throughout the house that we can share.

Included with the $400 rent:
-cable
-internet
-phone
-utilities (elecric, trash, water, gas, recycling, yard maintenance)
-garage space (there is also a ton of nearby parking)

No pets. Non-smoking home.

I am looking for a female roommate, short-term or long-term is cool with me.

A little about me:
I am a 23-year old female art major at the U. Just need to take 2 spanish classes and I am done. Working on going back to school to become and art teacher. I am into shoes, almost any kind of art, shopping, motorcycles, Fox News, healthy cooking, playing pool, I love watching Nip/Tuck and South Park, and lots of other stuff. I am pretty neat and organized and like the common spaces to stay somewhat mostly clean and picked up. I don't smoke and I drink socially, but rarely at home. I'm not a huge party person. I have a fulltime day job M-F and I am home most weekends and evenings. I am a huge night owl, but I am not loud. I read a lot and if I ever get going on Spanish, that's what I'll be doing all night.
