Description: I am looking for a clean, responsible roommate to share my 2 bedroom condo with, available immediately. I live in the Forest Grove Village on 115th St. East. It's about a 10 minute bus ride to the university. It is also close to a grocery store and other necessities. My place is furnished, except for your room. Rent is $530/mo. This includes utilities, internet, basic cable and phone. However, you will be expected to pay for your own long distance calls. The condo has a washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher. $400 security deposit required. No smoking or drugs. Building rules do not allow dogs or cats.
