My roommate and I are both graduating in December and looking for subletters from Jan 2010 to Aug 2010. Rent is a total of $889/mo (or $444.50 per room) Everything is included in the rent except for parking, cable and electric (heat and internet are) and at that, our bill has never been over $40.00. Parking is available just outside the apartment complex for $65/mo (I will be subletting my parking spot as well if you are interested). A laundry mat is also located right across the street. Sorry, no pets are permitted. (I know, boo...)
The best part is that the apartment is located right off West Campus. Like I said, you can walk to Rec Hall in less than 5 minutes.
