Description: This one bedroom is in a four bedroom house located at 120 South Prairie Street. The "roomies" are 2 males and one female in their early twenties. They are laid back and easy to get along with. I am willing to let the sub leaser move in mid-December at no extra cost. Rent is $385 a month. The apartment is conveniently located next to the University 0f Wisconsin-Whitewater, right across the street from Andersen Library. About a 2 minute walk to campus. It's close to shopping, dining, and grocery stores. Heat and parking is included. All the bedrooms have individual locks and there are two bathrooms. Internet and cable is $20 a month.
The landlord is a great person and is always there if you need anything.
