The apartment is located at Nittany Crossing on Vairo Blvd. by WalMart on North Atherton. Parking is free for residents, as well as bus passes. Internet, water, sewage are free. The only costs are electric and gas, which you split among 4 girls, leaving it only to be about $11 for each bill per month ($22). My rent is cheaper than most, as I got a lesser rate when I subletted early last year. Let me know if you have any questions!
