One bedroom in a house with three other Tulane students (undergrad). House has two bathrooms, very high ceilings, and is VERY SPACIOUS. Parking available. Very safe neighborhood - policeman parks 2 houses down every night and monitors neighborhood for 4-5 hours.
Rent is $590/month + utilities.
