Description: Spacious bedroom in a nice 8 bedroom 2 bathroom house (10 minute walk from the center of BSU campus) The is a very large room (approx. 15' x 11' plus a 6'x4' "nook") on the second floor with 2 closets, lots of natural light and light hardwood floors. The house includes a screened in side porch, basement with bar, washer/dryer, wifi. All roommates are pleasant and very responsible (2 males/5 females). There are also 2 declawed friendly cats. Utilities average $50 a month. This is a great way to meet new friendly and creative people!
I love living here, but I need to save money while I have an internship in the spring and prepare to graduate and move. I need to find a subleaser by January but I am willing to move out as early as needed.
