Are you a hands-on marketer who can bring a brand to life and pique B2B customers’ curiosity? We’re looking for someone to expand on Simply Hired’s leadership in the marketplace. You will be responsible for executing and managing marketing initiatives that grow market share and generate demand.

Responsibilities

You would enjoy spending your time . . .

•Supporting Worldwide Sales
oProvide powerful materials that help our inside and outside sales teams fight the good fight globally
oConsistently execute a tradeshow presence that “steals the show” and yields a positive ROI
oConstruct compelling collateral that communicates Simply Hired’s value proposition clearly and crisply
oDream up creative promotions and events to stand out from the crowd

•Supporting Public Relations Efforts
oWork with counterparts on the Marketing team to tell the world about Simply Hired’s B2B accomplishments

•Growing Simply Hired’s Leadership Position
oDevelop messaging that differentiates the company and resonates with prospects
oSeek out opportunities for our Executives to provide thought leadership in our industry
oUtilize a variety of communications channels to strengthen relationships with clients and channel partners

•Managing and Mentoring
oManage a B2B Marketing Specialist to help you in your efforts

Qualifications

You’ve been there done that . . .

•Developed, tracked, and measured quantifiable marketing success metrics and are comfortable being measured against them

•Managed formal trade show and conference presence across the country several times from planning through follow-up

•Organized memorable on-line and off-line professional events for thousands of participants

•Created differentiated messaging to stand out in the marketplace

•Managed a small team to hit aggressive deadlines with high quality work

•Have 5+ years of marketing experience in the areas of B2B lead generation, collateral development, and brand building programs

. . . and been there done SOME of that, too . . .

•Had experience with PR initiatives and working with the Press

•Made minor edits to collateral using Adobe Creative Suite products

•Used Salesforce.com to manage the handoff between Marketing and Sales

•Have international marketing experience

•Worked in the Internet search and/or online advertising market

•Been an employment industry “insider” with relationships at leading companies

•Worked closely with senior management to ensure unified messaging and positioning in the marketplace
