Description: I'm moving out and I need someone to take over my lease. I will be moving out by the end of December/beginning of January. The rent includes water and I have never paid more than $285 total. Utilities and cable/internet are under $100/ mo. There are 2 other female roommates and you will be sharing a bathroom with one of them. They are both students and they both have a cat. It is in Foxgate and the complex is very nice. The people who work here do everything they can to make your stay pleasant.
