Description: Do you thrive in a fast paced start-up environment? Are you looking for a young, energetic workplace where you can make a difference immediately? We are a young company looking for a smart, hard-working assistant manager of business development who will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities, develop partnerships, and optimize campaigns.
• Manage social media marketing and email strategy.
• Support the Manager of Business Development in executing strategic company initiatives.
• Plan, develop, and implement specific projects independently.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years sales and marketing experience
• Excellent communication skills. Able to pitch and close sales deals.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities. Enjoys working with numbers and drawing conclusions from them.
• Previous involvement in an entrepreneurial project in some capacity
• Basic knowledge of web technologies and search engine optimization
• Extensive experience using Excel or a similar application

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with various online revenue models including banner advertising, affiliate marketing, and lead generation
• Experience with email marketing
