Description: We have a room available in west Fort Collins, across from the stadium. Rent is $316 plus 1/3 of utilities (electricity, Internet, Dish, all of those goodies). The deposit is also $316.

We're preferably looking for an older female student or working professional, since we're both over the loud partying scene. We're both female, both work mostly full-time...but when we're home, we like to just relax. We're very respectful of one another and are definitely looking for someone who could fit in just as well.
The room is upstairs and whoever rents it will use my "master" shower/bathroom (which is why we prefer another female roommate), but there's an extra bathroom downstairs for you to get ready in.

We've already meet our pet maximum (we have a cat and a Chihuahua/mini-pin, who hangs out in my room most of the day), so NO more pets, please.
The room is available immediately, but can be moved into by November 1st or whatever works best.
