Description: I have one bedroom for lease in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house off of Graham road. The house is only 2 years old, includes all appliances, has a two car garage, and a nice back yard (great for dogs).
Bills are split three ways and include electricity/cable/wireless internet.
The furniture that you see in the pictures is included, so all you need is bedroom furniture. However, if you need the room to be furnished, it can be!
This room will be is available at the end of December for move in and the lease would go through May 31st :)
My roommate and I are very laid back, take school seriously, and keep the house very clean :)

Would yall accept a dog living with yall? She is a 1 1/2 year old 35 lb. pit bull mix, very friendly, and stays outdoors when I am gone
