Why? I will be out of town on co-op for Spring and Summer quarters, and do not want to pay rent in two places!

Description: I am looking for someone to sublease one bedroom in a 2-BR apartment for spring and/or summer quarter 2010. I will be on co-op out of the area. The apartment will be fully furnished, and the bedroom has a full size bed/mattress, a nice closet, a chest of drawers, a nightstand, and a desk. The living area has the normal couch/coffee table/tv and the kitchen has pots & pans, dishes, etc. The apt is about a 10 minute walk to TUC.

The other person living in the apartment (separate bedrooms) is my sister, a graduate student at UC this year. She is open to having someone else live with her while I am gone.

You would also be responsible half of utilities (cable and electric; the landlord supplies wireless internet and water).
