I'm looking to sublease my apartment room because I am moving to San Antonio for work.
You would be living with 1 college-aged girl, at one of san marcos' hottest places for off campus student living.
You would have your own bathroom, and a fully-furnished bedroom (full size bed, dresser, and desk).
The living room is very nice with NEW carpet. The common area is furnished as well with a dining table in the kitchen and couches, coffee/side tables, TV stand in the living room. The apartment is on the third floor with covered parking right by the stairs.
The complex has many amenities including a pool, gym, tanning bed, and more!
It is also on the Texas State University bus loop for an easy commute to campus.
I am looking to sublease, ASAP!!!

Free internet, Free cable, Free water, Free Utilities.

You just pay rent ($575) and split electricity with the other roommate.
The lease is through August 6 2010, but last payment is July 1 2010.

I will pay fee for the sublet form through the complex and if you would like to move in mid month the remainder of that month's rent. If you move in prior to December 1 receive 2 months free
