Description: Female young professional housemate wanted for city centre flatshare. Will be sharing with a laid back female aged 24, also a working professional. Sadly I am leaving to move in with my boyfriend, and I will sure miss the company of such a friendly housemate (sob).

The rent includes a very large double bedroom, use of shared kitchen/ living/ dining/ bathroom facilities, and an enviable location close to all of the city centre amenities.

The flat is located just off Catherine street, in a secure gated courtyard on Upper Parliament street, so it is a lovely walk to town through the city's Georgian and Hope quarters. There is a bus stop a few yards from the door, which the 86 buses serve 24/7; although the furthest point in town is only 30 min walk away.

A viewing is essential to appreciate the high standard of living offered for such a great price.

Unfortunately only female professionals should apply.

*** As an added incentive, I am prepared to give a weeks rent free (worth £60) if successful applicant moves in on the 16th Nov (+/- 1 day)
