Small room for rent in awesome NE PDX home for $300.

Why? We have a small (9'x10') room available that we'd like to fill to have cheaper rent and more people around our fairly large, comfortable house.

Description: There's a $200 sec. dep. but the landlord (who is super nice) pays water so internet (wireless) and electric are the only bills. There are 3 girls (Annabelle (33),Trisha (24), and myself - Anna(32)), 1 boy (Dan who is Annabelle's BF(34)), and 2 dogs (Thriller (3yrold aussie shepherd mix and Kalvin (11yrold winnie the pooh lab mix). Annabelle works at Planned Parenthood, Trisha at Powell's books, Dan at a frame shop, and I work from home as a freelance writer and designer. There is practice space if you're a musician. I have band practice for a couple hours, 2 or 3 times/week, late afternooon/early evening. We compost and cook a lot, don't have any rules...keep clean. There are fireplaces upstairs, downstairs and in the backyard. A 2-car garage offers plenty of storage. This is a nice household to move into and make it your own thing. Friendly, family atmosphere. Annabelle has a two-yr old son (Jasper) who is with us half the week. He is so rad and fun to be around. Great, chill neighborhood near Alberta and Killingsworth.
