Description: I have a 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath townhouse apartment at Iroquois Apartments in the Bellevue area of Nashville. I moved in about a month and half ago, but due to recent emergencies, I must move back to California. I need to find someone to take over my specific apartment so I'm not having to pay rent when I'm gone. I'm willing to throw in household stuff, such as my TV (pictured), etc.

It's a great size apartment being 850 sq ft. I attached a floor plan to give you a better idea. There are three closets, a patio, balcony, and a dishwasher just to name a few amenities. The complex has 2 pools, a basketball court and a tennis court. I'm paying $610 a month, but they're having specials right now to where it's $549 a month. It's in an isolated area of the complex at the top of the hill so it's quiet and there's always parking right outside the building. It's in a good part of the city where everything you need is near by; there's even a Kroger's right across the street. Pets are also allowed.

FINANCE SITUATION:
If you moved in (or sign a lease) by the end of October, it'll be $549, but goes to $610 in November.
NO deposit.
There is only a $10 credit check/application fee (mine was $25 when I moved in).
If you want the place cleaned, there'll be a $90 administration fee. If you don't mind me cleaning it, it'll be free. I've only been here 1 1/2 months and have kept it in very good shape.
