Why? I need someone to take my room as I am moving closer to work. Its a gorgeous, very large room with french doors and own balcony in a shared four bedroom house. The room includes double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bookshelfs and laminate floor. Bathroom is shared with one other person and is modern with a great power shower and bath. The house is lovely and in a secure gated community with a GARDEN and BBQ! (There is a car space if needed at no extra cost!) The house is in popular chiswick! We are close to Turnham Green tube (Zone 2) and Chiswick Park tube. (Zone 3) We are also 5 min walk from South Acton overground. The E3 bus also stops right outside the house if you prefer not to walk! The N11 night bus also stops right outside and will get you home from central London in the early hours of the morning. Postcode is W4 5NN. Sainsburies and Morrisons are close by as is Chiswick High Road for other local amenities. The current housemates are two fun loving Austrailian guys. Both are very socialble and enjoy nights in front of the tv during the week and like to go out at the weekends and would be happy for the new housemates to join them! Couple are welcome as the room and house is plenty big enough for 5! The other housemate is to be confirmed as our other housemate is moving out too so another smaller room is also available.
