Description: My son and I live in a large 5 1/2 on the corner of Sherbrooke and Vendome in NDG right next to Westmount. The place is 1 block from Vendome metro.
The bedroom available is a large room that measures 14 by 13 feet and
has it's own thermostat, a large closet, 2 large windows and lots of sun in the afternoon.
I am asking $380 a month which also includes: electricity, heat, wireless high speed internet.
My 12 year old son is with me half the time... every second week. He is a focused, agreeable and well behaved boy. You should be respectful of a family atmosphere in the home. Message me if you are interested.
