Description: Southeast Raleigh community based psychological services agency is accepting applications for experienced Qualified Professionals Case Managers for immediate openings. Qualified candidates must be dedicated , experienced, reliable, driven and motivated while successfully meeting goals and deadlines. Must also be able to follow directions and procedures, efficiently manage caseloads, supervise APs and serve the needs of individuals and families needed community support or intensive In-home services.



Qualifications:
Must be able to qualify as a Qualified Professional (QP) and credentialing requirements
Bachelor's Degree in human services and related experience or Master's degree in a human service field (especially Social Work, Counseling and Psychology)
Minimum two years working experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle
Must have experience dealing with target populations served
