Description:	You read right, you get free furniture with this deal! Plus it's close to campus! I am graduating in December and need somebody to take over my lease in January. I am leaving the country and would rather not have to go through the hassle of storing or selling my stuff. You get your pick of free stuff! I have two 27' inch TVs, a large and comfy leather couch, and more. Of course, if you want to sign the lease and have your own furniture, I won't force you take my stuff. Think of it as an incentive for renting this house. There is one roommate that will live in the house until July, but 3 bedrooms are available in January. Lease ends in July, but you can resign and stay longer! House is located on NW 34th Street, in between University and 8th Ave. Short biking distance to campus. Great location!! Rent for the entire house is $1100 divided amongst however many people live here. It's a 3 bedroom/2 bath house with a carport, and an additional room that can be used to your liking (making it really a 4br/2b). I have lived here for 3 years. Currently 3 people live here, with 2 leaving in December. You can move in with friends or individually sign with the realtor. I currently live in the master bedroom with it's own bathroom, and have loved it since being here. I pay $395 + utilities living with 3 people but you can split up the cost however you like once you sign on the lease. Please contact me through Craigslist-Email-Reply system for more information. 34th hmm. thats kind of far. how long is the bike ride on average and do you ave to deal with the hill on 8th? would i be able to see this sometime? thanks.

It is literally an 8 minute bike ride from Weimer to the house. I have timed it myself. You don't take 8th, because that is out of the way. It takes MAYBE 10 minutes to campus from the house, counting for the small hill on University. But if you take SW 2nd, the hill is much shorter and easier to ride.
