Why? Roommates parents moved back in town & want to re-claim thier house.

Description: Lookin for a place to live w/ a short-term (3 mo) w/ possibility of extending or (perferably) monthly renting available asap.
I'm a 25yr old student, pretty busy w/ work and school & serious about studies but can also have fun. Despite being social, some weekends must be study weekends, so I'm lookin for an easy-goin DRAMA-FREE place to stay but feel comfortable enough hangin w/ house-mate(s).
No car, so MUST be w/in walking distance of a bus /shuttle stop. The closer to UCF or Valencia East the better.
Fewer pets perferred. If any pets then it should be: house trained, quiet, and non-smelly.... you get the drift,.. when I get home I should not have to worry about hearing your bird, smelling your ferret or stepping into a pile of stuff left by your dog. (Meaning you are a responsible and respectful roommate just as I try to be).
So thats basically it,... I am pretty laid back, get along with most people and animals and don't take issues with much unless blatenly disrespectful and assuming your a responsible roommate just as I try to be there so be no problems.
