Description: Two current residents (one male, one female), looking for another room mate (female preferred). The bedroom has laminate floors and a new paint job. The condo has hardwood floors, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry, small deep freezer, wireless internet, and a big air hockey table.

I have a cat with medium length hair. Parking is available in the back or out front. There is a small patio with a BBQ. No pets and no smokers. We're looking for a short term renter because the condo will be up for sale in the spring (May-ish).

Price is $375+ 1/3 utilities and internet. Cable is included.
It's a 5 minute walk to WEM and is on the bus route to downtown, G-Mac, NAIT, and Northgate.

Must be able to do his/her own dishes, clean up after him/herself, and share common chores. And if you love hockey then it's a plus!
