Description: Northstar Apartments are a really fun place to live in Dinkytown. They are located at 1599 8th Street SE. It is in Dinkytown but also has very close and easy access to the Como residential area. The landlords are really cool and pretty flexible with paying rent as long as you let them know in advance. In the lobby there is a workout facility that has two treadmills, two ellipticals, an adjustable bench, and a full set of dumbbells. There is both indoor and outdoor parking available. Outdoor costs $85 and indoor cost $125. Also the building is brand new and we are the first residents so all of the appliances are brand new, which is great. Our three bedroom apartment has two bathrooms, both with showers, and a brand new kitchen with a dishwasher. Overall I have really enjoyed living at Northstar but for now I am looking for someone to sub-lease for spring and summer (or just one of those) so that I can study abroad.
