Description: It is very nice fairly big, clean, quiet, 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment, and located on the lower level of two. There is a laundry room on site. New appliances (fridge, stove), with a recently remodeled and wonderful bathroom, large walk in closet, with big windows in the bedroom and living room and kitchen. Newer carpet, the whole place is very clean and nice. Tenant pays electricity (and internet/cable if you want it), which has been running us $25 a month, and may go up a little (maybe at the coldest up to $45/month) during the winter. Water, garbage/sewer paid by landlord.

We are not renting it out ourselves, we rent from a small property management company (Rental Property Management LLC) that has been really on top of repairs and such. We had to sign a 6 month lease (and you will too if you want this apartment), but our jobs have ended and we have two months left on our lease. So, we need someone who is looking for a quieter building to live in, who is willing to take over the apartment by NOVEMBER 1st (NEXT WEEK) and sign a 6 month lease!!! The deposit is $460, and they don't require last months rent, just first. We are really hoping to not pay november rent, we can't afford to, but have to unless someone takes the apartment then. Please give us a call ASAP, we can arrange for you to see the apartment asap! After you take a look at the place, we will send you over to the property management company to work out lease details.

If you email us, you may not get ahold of us until we've already rented the place. The rental company doesn't want to rent to students, so please only call if you are not a student! (or if you are, you might be able to get it if you have a reliable source of income). No pets accepted.
