Our company is currently accepting applications for an Office Manager internship position. The intern will work very closely with both the Office Manager as well as the CEO. The intern will learn office management and organizational skills as well as important business operating skills

Administrative:
• Answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, managing and organizing various files.
• Ordering and stocking supplies for the main office
• Managing deposits and preparing bills and other relevant paper work.
• Managing office and employee insurance policy
• Maintaining business finance records
• Basic computer and network maintenance
Programmatic:
• Participating in project development.
• Conducting research to support on-going projects
Human Resources:
• Maximizing staff efficiency
• Participating in recruitment and hiring of new employees.
• Working closely with the CEO to develop Monitoring and Evaluation plans.

The applicant should:
-Be efficient and highly organized with high attention to detail
-Have excellent time management and multitasking/prioritizing skills.
-Be able to work well independently and as a team player
-Have strong interpersonal skills.
-Be proficient in the use of Windows, MS Office, and Google products
