Description: SR. IT AUDIT ANALYST

Location: Plainsboro, NJ
Salary: 75-90k

OVERVIEW
• Review information system processes on a wide variety of computing environments and computer applications across all business functions for efficiency, effectiveness, and adequacy of controls.
• Conduct reviews of complex computer applications and technological solutions
• Designing small application tools for the entire department.
• Documents and reports on findings, recommendations and agreed upon corrective actions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in planning reviews
• Review relevant policies and procedures and, as applicable, laws and regulations.
• Interview key personnel involved in the information system processes
• Perform tests of information system processes and controls
• Maintain appropriate work papers in accordance with company standards
• Understand the financial, operational and compliance risks which affect information systems design.
• Recommends and reaches agreement on corrective actions
• Assists in presentation of findings and report preparation


REQUIREMENTS
• BS, BA, or MIS required
• CISA required
• MBA or other advanced degree desired.
• Fluency in additional languages preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable business laws and regulations required.
• 2-4 years of information systems auditing
• SAP experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite Excel, Word, etc. and flowcharting capability required.
• Experience in Audit Command Language ACL preferred.
• Information Systems Programming skills in computer languages, working knowledge of Wintel, UNIX, Mainframe and other operating systems desired.
• Security Skills Experience with the security of operating systems, applications and telecommunications preferred.
• Ability to travel 40-50% of the time.
