Parking is included. There's a parking lot with ample parking in front of the building.

Amanda: Cable and internet run as much as you're willing to pay, depending on the plan you want and the company you choose to go with. Mary: The apartment is still availble. And yes, the washer/dryer cost extra, but it's just $1 a load.
