Description: I have a 1,400 sq foot duplex with a large backyard in Spring. I am renting one room. It was the master bedroom before the new addition, so it is very large. it has it's own private bathroom with access from the bedroom and the hallway. We also have a bonus room. Rent is $500/month all bills included, and the price will drop in March. I live with my husband, and we are both very nice clean people. I am 21 and he is 23. We both go to school and work full time. We do have 2 dogs, but they are very sweet. Both of our dogs are lab mixes. Room is avaliable THIS WEEKEND!
