This is a townhouse - it has a basement (includes washer/dryer that is not coin-op, a study area, and a storage area), first floor (includes fully furnished living room, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, and half bathroom), and second floor (includes two bedrooms and full bathroom).
Although the townhouse does not have a lot of room for extra furniture or storage, there is some room in the basement for such things.
The bedroom is a decent size and the bedroom closet is large.
The townhouse has a large front patio.
There is one car port and one open air space for parking (one parking spot per person).
This is a quiet complex, so I am looking for a quiet subleaser. No loud music and absolutely no parties here! I am also looking for someone who is reasonably clean.
The rent is $262.50/month/person. Utilities run on average $150/month/person and includes heat, water, electricity, cable (with DVR service), and internet.

just wondering if youre looking for someone to live with you or if youre the one moving out... also about how far is it from fox valley technical college... pictures would also be great...

I am the one moving out. You would move in to live with him. it's a drive to fox valley tech, probably about 5-10 minutes. i just bought my first digital camera so i will be posting pictures shortly.
