Description: I'm graduating and moving out of my awesome apartment in Berkeley - so we are looking for a roommate to share a great three bedroom apartment.

The apartment is a block from BART, three blocks from the UC Berkeley campus!!

I live with three great roommates - and you would be sharing a room with a recent graduate of Berkeley, it's a corner room so there's plenty of light and it's very quiet. There is a dresser and a closet provided. The room is great, and it is a very livable situation.

It's a third floor apartment in a great building, with a beautiful rooftop garden and coin laundry downstairs.

Easy walking distance of BART, and the Saturday morning Farmers Market.

Deposit required. Lease would start January 1st. We split utilities and internet, which usually works out to about $20 per month.
