You can pretty much walk to everything anyone could ever want as well as discover the uniqueness and charm from the center of Ghent. As stated above, 2000 square feet is a ton of space, divided up into nine large rooms: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Breakfast Nook off Kitchen, Office, Bathroom & Three Bedrooms. The room is available ASAP, we can discuss prorate of rent. I will only hold with a deposit equal to one month's rent. Oh, BTW, we have one of the best land lords and the down stairs neighbors are great...
