Description: I am currently seeking someone to take over a room in a 2 bedroom apartment. My previous roommate has left and I am looking for a tidy and easygoing individual to replace him. I am a 24 year old male working as a teacher here in the city. I am not messy and am very easy going. Your share of the rent would be $382.50 a month plus electric, which usually averages between $35 and $50 dollars. The apartment is on the second floor of an apartment complex in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks away from Carytown and right down the street from Humprey Calder Recreational Park. It is leased by River City Realty, has central air, good light, 2 bedrooms with big closets, a living room, a small dining room, 1 bathroom and a kitchen, and off street parking. There is a laundromat just two blocks down the street. Posted below are pictures.
