Description: I am currently looking for someone to sublease my room. I stay at University Village (http://www.universityvillagecharlotte.com) Our apartment is a 4 bedroom 3floor town home. The apartment is fully equipped. We have a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen and living room is all hard wood floors. Each bedroom has its own walk in closet and full bathroom. The bathrooms are hard wood floor as well. The rent would be $480 for EVERYTHING (power, water, cable, internet,etc) It is a really good deal and a really nice apartment and minutes from I-85 and 485.
