There's an nice size bedroom for $450 a month OR the master bedroom (larger room) w/the bathroom attached for $500 a month, plus bills split equally between tenants. Bathroom has a vanity area w/sink that is separate from the bathtub/toilet area. Condo has an indoor washer and dryer and comes furnished, including a flatscreen HD-TV and surround sound system.
