| Description: | Double room available in a top floor flat in Potters Bar. I can move out on the 7th Nov at the earliest, but my contract ends on the 4th of Dec. I would like someone to take over my contract as soon as possible, viewings can be done any time on evenings or weekends. Room has lockable door, a six door wardrobe (all the storage space you need), double bed, table, two bedside tables, lamp included. Very quiet location, close to the M25 (near the A1 interchange). Kings Cross only 20 minutes away by train. Washing machine, iron, internet, TV, lounge, renovated kitchen and bathroom available for use. Kitchen has induction stove and oven, large fridge and very large cupboard space available and all the cutlery/crockery you'd need, with a breakfast bar and stools for eating on. Bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet, sink. Both renovated this year. Carpet to be replaced at a later stage.
