Renting:

Take Over My Lease for Second Semester.

Why? Getting married!
Category: Housing : For Rent - Apartments
Posted: in Chapel Hill, NC
Bedrooms: 1 BR
Bathrooms: 1 BA
Description: 1br/1ba 630 sq. ft. apartment in Timber Hollow. Vaulted ceilings and skylights in the main living space and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Appliances include a full size w/d. Rent includes water; you will be responsible for all other utilities.

I need to move in January 2010 (I can be out before second semester starts). This is NOT a sublet. I need to find someone to take over my lease so that I do not have to pay to break it. I pay $695/mo; depending on market rates at the time you take over my lease, you will most likely pay $30-$40/mo less.

This apartment complex is very quiet, and pets are welcome. Timber Hollow is located on the NS, T, and A bus lines. It has two pools (one indoor, one outdoor), indoor jacuzzi, 24-hr cardio & weight room, tennis courts, and racquetball courts, and it is across the street from biking and running trails.
