Description: We invite you to bring your talents to a company that has been serving the Seattle area for 20 years. Act 3 Catering Company is seeking a part-time marketing and events coordinator. The company has grown from a small family based business to one of the most reputable catering companies in the area. Act 3 seeks a driven individual who can help bring the company to the next level.

Ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
• Team Player - willing to jump in and deliver results
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Customer service oriented
• Business management experience
• Proficient in business management tools: EXCEL, P&L, WORD etc....
• A B.A. or B.S. in Business, Hospitality or other related field is required

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
• Communicate all policies and procedures to entire staff
• Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with Act 3 policies and all federal, state and local employment laws
• Direct a team through delegation and feedback by expanding responsibilities
• Ensure that equipment is prepared ahead of time, ready for the following day’s work, loading procedures and making sure the party file is correctly communicated
• Management - willing and able to prepare prep documents on catering booking for current/future out parties: party coordinator
