The price includes everything except for electricity, which is split between 6 girls - so it's not bad at all. The contract includes: free parking, washer and dryer down the hall, internet, cable, storage unit on the third floor, lobby doors that lock at night, and 5 awesome roommates! Ok! It's actually for my friend, Sarah Huzzey. I don't know if you remember her? Anyway, she gets back from her mission this month and she's planning on going to BYU-Provo starting in January. So, I'll let her mom know about this apartment. Hopefully, it works out! THANKS!!!
