Hey Sarah. I just accepted a job in Denton and have to be moved in somewhere by the 30th or the first week in December. I am VERY interested in taking over your lease but I have a couple of questions. Would I have to live with other people, as in are the other rooms currently occupied? Also, is the total lease $515 or is it that price per bedroom? If you could let me know asap. Thanks!
