I have 1 bedroom/1 bath in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom completely furnished apartment for rent. The bedrooms are individually leased so potential renters would only be responsible for the one room.


The bedroom is really big with a huge window overlooking the green areas outside. It comes completely furnished with a bed, desk, night stand and a dresser. It has its own spacious private bathroom and a walk in closet. It also includes a reserved covered parking spot in the price.

The common areas of the apartment are very open. They include a kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, laundry closet, patio and extra storage closet. The common areas are also completely furnished and the aparment comes with a 42 inch flat screen tv.

The apartment is on the first floor of the Garnet Riverwalk Apartment Complex. It is right across the street from the river and it is 5 min from downtown/USC. The apartment is pet friendly and there is plenty of room to walk a dog. The whole complex is gated and a curtsey officer is always on duty. There is also a nice clubhouse with 24-hour gym, computer lab, pool, hot tub and mail center. It also has a free tanning bed and a shuttle to USC.
