HR Boutique is currently partnered with an Educational Institution situated in Montreal, to recruit a Learning & Development Specialist to join their team.

Salary: $40,000

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized instruction for students of all ages and abilities
• Provide individual learning plans for students based on student’s ability
• Manage operations according to budgets, attain objectives and growth targets
• Responsible for all recruitment, training, and management of employees
• Present the in house “learning method” effectively to a wide variety of audiences including parents, educators and community leaders
• Organize regular special events for centre including monthly group parent orientations and annual award ceremonies
• Adhere to intensive training schedule for at least the first three months of the job;
• Attend all monthly instructor meetings which may involve travel
• Interact with co-workers, centre employees, parents, students, etc.


Requirements:
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Education, Training or Psychology
• Past experience and passion working with students
• Teaching or Corporate Training experience
• Strong business acumen, ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Management experience or experience in operating a small business
