- great location for students that go to University of Waterloo & Laurier University
- few minutes walking distance to convenient stores, restaurants, shops, etc
- few mins walk to bus stops for # 7, 8, 12 and ixpress on king street
- there's a rec centre for tenants, it has a pool and gym and party rooms
- inside the rec centre, there's also a small convenient store
- looking for a responsible, clean, quiet roommate
- no pets and smoking allowed
- 9th floor out of 18th floor, apt unit is around 900 sq ft
- decent size bedrooms, equipped kitchen and a very spacious living room with dining table & futon
- rent can be negotiated if interested
- move in anytime starting April 1st 2010, move out last day of August 2010
- there's underground and outdoor parking
- coin laundry in the basement of the building ($2 wash, $1.5 dry)
- my apartment pretty has all furniture that you will need, except the things you would need in your own bedroom
- internet is about $30 extra since i'm using extreme with rogers (95GB)
- there is one bathroom being shared, 2 bedrooms in total, 1 living room, 1 kitchen
