I was offered an internship in Tampa and needed to move immediately. My lease runs through July 2010. You can move in ASAP. Looking for a FEMALE roommate to live with my friend Jess. She works a lot and attends school as well. Responsible, clean, and pays her bills. I don't want some weirdo moving in with her so you need to be responsible and mature as well. Someone 21 or older would be best.

Rent is $496 plus utilities. My roommate and I only paid $50 max between water/utilities every month.

The room that is available is in the back of the apartment, seperated from the other 2 rooms so it is VERY PRIVATE. You would also have your own bathroom. Walk-in closet. Large room. UNFURNISHED.

We were lucky when we moved in because the building is BRAND NEW. This apartment is in perfect condition because we were the FIRST tennants. The layout of the apartment is very spacious. Each bedroom is 11x13 and the living area is huge.

Everything is new: carpet, dishwasher, washer/dryer, AC, etc! The room is very spacious including a walk-in closet and personal bathroom.

Parking is NEVER a problem in Tivoli. Your guests can park ANYWHERE, no "guest parking spot" required. This is one of the best things about Tivoli because how many of us have lived in a college apartment and have always had a problem having friends over because parking sucks?? This is NOT the case at Tivoli! :)

Tivoli is MINUTES from UCF (literally directly next to it). The UCF bus system stops at Tivoli as well. We've never had ONE issue with the Tivoli management and everyone in the office is extremely pleasant and helpful.
