Looking for a Place:

Family of 3, FAFSA/Small Budget to share / rent 2/1 - $900 or less.

Why? Abandonment by spouse and current residence is too costly for mother & 2 college age daughters. We are non-smokers but we have a cat.
Category: Housing : For Rent - Apartments
Posted: in Miami, FL
Description: Utilities included plus a W/D unit/set included on premises or hookups is preferred. We need this apt. / house for Mid Nov - May 2010. Prefer to be near bus routes & grocery, but it's not required. We can afford 2 months up front but no deposits, i.e. pay prorated Nov & then Dec / Jan rent then not pay again until February with no security deposits or excess fees included. We'd prefer something unfurnished as well.

I know, thanks, we will probably just have to 'sell the farm' to make ends meet or at least make them come within a yard of each other :P I'm pissed too and I wish I could 'help' certain people but that kind of help would get me in trouble - lol
