| Description: | Chamilia, headquartered in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, is a progressive, high growth company that sells customizable jewelry to fine quality jewelry retailers throughout the world. Chamilia is a privately held marketer selling a variety of bracelets, necklaces and earrings with beads and charms made of Murano glass, Swarovski crystal, as well as gold and silver. Chamilia jewelry allows each individual to design and customize their own bracelets, necklaces, and anklets, each having their own unique character and style. Currently, we are seeking highly talented team members to contribute to building on our rapid success. Business Analyst-CRM Key Responsibility Areas • Act as a key resource in defining processes, systems strategy, and developing systems requirements within the sales and customer relations landscape • Serve the needs of the business team by acting as the primary subject matter expert for Sales and Customer Relations by working to identify core information requirements and developing systems and tools to report key information • Serve as the departmental expert for the CRM application- - responsible to communicate and document the needs of departments, requests for information, and act cross functionally on teams to ensure business information needs are met • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency within CRM and customer relations applications • Analyze user requirements and issues; provide the best fit solution, while maintaining the integrity of existing applications • Act as a liaison between the technical project team and business experts • Create training and documentation for use of the tools to users of the information, train other team members using this documentation • Develop a strong understanding of all business and operation interactions within the order entry system to facilitate the most effective and efficient system configuration • Play an active role in establishing procedures and maintaining business data • Drive quality control, to maximize value of business systems as a key business development tool Position Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3 to 5 years direct work experience in a CRM/customer relations, or sales analyst capacity • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting & implementing business solutions preferred • Experience in customer relations or sales business processes • Experience in training and documentation around business applications and processes • Prefer MS Dynamics Great Plains experience • Ability to explain concepts in a clear and concise manner • Ability to manage multiple projects and iterations throughout the project lifecycle • Self-motivated and willing to work in an energetic, fast pace team environment • Strong interpersonal and communication skills We offer a competitive wage and benefit package including: Incentive Compensation 401(k) plan with company match PTO -- Paid Time Off Health, Dental, and Disability benefits Business casual dress For immediate consideration please submit your resume to humanresources@chamilia.com |
