Description: Therapy on Demand is looking for therapists in Ohio who are interested in working as independent contractors in a skilled nursing setting. Base rate is $45 per hour and is based on level of experience. Our current urgent needs are:

- Occupational therapist in Lorain, OH. This is an ongoing, full-time need that is EXTREMELY URGENT. If you have any availability and are interested please contact me ASAP, as these patients need to be seen immediately!
- Physical Therapist in Cleveland, OH. This is an on-going, full time need for a PT to begin ASAP.
- Physical Therapist in Deshler, OH. This is an EXTREMELY URGENT need. This is an on-going, part-time need.
- Occupational Therapist in Dayton, OH. This is an on-going, full time need for a therapist to begin ASAP.
- Occupational Therapist Assistant in Shelby, OH. This is an on-going, full time need for a COTA. COTA is needed ASAP. (Rates for assistants begin at $32 per hr)
