Description: $650 for 1 bdrm/ $850 for 2 bdrm. Fully fenced yard & shed across from Elementary school. Parking on the street. Smoking outside. Some pets negotiable because I already have 2 dogs and a cat. Shared kitchen and laundry. Some storage. Student or working person preferred. If I get 2 people willing to rent each room at $650, I will gladly only charge you $425 each as I am just splitting the cost of rent/utilities/internet/basic phone & internet by 3. I will get a wireless router so you can use my high speed internet. Gay friendly. The house is a little old, but I am renovating as I can.
